Some teacher might mention that the school begins at 8:10, and that all the students and faculty have to be there at that time. Not you. You do not have to be there until 8:30 a.m. and you will leave at 4:30 p.m. You have an 8 hour work day, with exception for after school classes (possibly before school classes as well).
The schedule for the classes that you teach will change, mine changed from one semester to the next and then three times during the second semester. Once the 3rd level teacher didn’t tell me that she changed the remedial and regular classes, so I came to class and had to walk back to the teachers room a few times to grab my semi-finished lesson that was not supposed to be prepared until the next week... Any sense of continuity of lessons may be very difficult to implement and keep track of. Any sense of sanity will also be lost as the schedule changes chaotically.
